1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and 188sb ("Platform", "We", "Us"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on 188sb, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately stop using the 188sb platform and all related services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to 188sb and participation in any gaming or wagering activity is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age (21+ only). Providing false age information is a serious breach and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 188sb is lawful in your location.
• You are acting as a private individual for personal, non-commercial purposes. Use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from 188sb or any affiliated platform. Players who have self-excluded or been suspended may not create new accounts.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) single account on 188sb. Operating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or opening a new account after a previous account has been closed or suspended is strictly forbidden. 188sb reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

As part of our commitment to security and compliance, 188sb may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage. You must be able to provide valid documentation, including but not limited to:

• National ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification confirming your full legal name and date of birth.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the past three months) matching the address you registered with.
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot or confirmation of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions

188sb supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All monetary amounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 188sb reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-5 business days, subject to KYC clearance and applicable limits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited instantly in most cases. Processing times may vary during peak periods or system maintenance windows.
• Any attempt to charge back, reverse, or cancel a deposit after funds have been used for wagering will result in the immediate suspension of the account and potential legal action.
• 188sb is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages beyond our control.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

188sb periodically offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each individual offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the relevant wagering requirement and all associated conditions. General bonus rules include:

• Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositing players only. Players may not create additional accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated rollover (wagering requirement) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free spins not used within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• 188sb reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players found abusing bonus terms — including matched betting, arbitrage betting, or use of prohibited betting patterns — may have their bonus cancelled and account reviewed.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 188sb platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds in your account:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Collusion with other players, match fixing, or any coordinated effort to manipulate game outcomes or RTP in an unfair manner.
• Using software exploits, cheating tools, VPN manipulation to bypass geographic restrictions, or any technical means that provides an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward other players or 188sb customer support staff. Any form of discriminatory behavior will result in permanent account closure.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 188sb platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, text, video, audio, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 188sb or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this platform without the prior written consent of 188sb. Unauthorised reproduction of any platform material may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright and trademark laws.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 188sb platform after any such modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

188sb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms, including fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or abuse of promotional offers.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time period following a withdrawal request or when prompted by compliance requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support channel shall be referred to binding arbitration. 188sb is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and in a timely manner.
